The Holy Ghost Residential Home in Waterford City, Ireland, conducted deep renovation on 15 of its buildings, through the Irish SEAI Community Energy Grant scheme. The Residential Home was built in the 1970s.
Before the beginning of the works, surveys were carried out to target key measures needed to reduce the buildings energy consumption, carbon emissions and improve thermal comfort of the tenants.
