The intervention consisted in the energy renovation of a 12 units, multi-family apartment house in the center of the city of Donostia. The building was built at the beginning of the 20th.
All the works have been executed inside the envelope, as the facades of the building were catalogued. The classicist aesthetics of the original building were maintained.
