HUPFAS is the Croatian association of producers of thermal facade systems. Its 18 member companies, with 1,500 employees in the construction sector, manufacture and market thermal facade systems.

The national recovery plan
Renovate2Recover country profile (2021)
In 2021 we looked at how each national recovery plan funded building renovation. The Renovate2Recover study found significant renovation activity planned, and called for two things: funding that delivers deep (or staged deep) renovations, going well beyond the 30% minimum energy saving recommended by the European Commission, and an enabling framework, including private finance, so that renovation markets keep growing after the recovery funding ends in 2026.
The Croatian profile comes from the study commissioned by the Renovate Europe Campaign and carried out by E3G, with input from HUPFAS.
