Renovation case studies

Avedore Social Housing, Denmark

ELENA supported an investment programme for the energy renovation of the social housing units in Avedøre North and South, Denmark. It comprised adapting the buildings to the low-temperature district heating system (replacing the radiators) and several energy efficiency measures.

Information sessions with the tenants were held, which helped communication between them and the architects during the deep renovation works.
