Buildings and Recovery Measures: the role of energy renovations in supporting European recovery

Time
09:30–10:30 CEST
Location
Online

In collaboration with Renovate Europe National Partners SYNERGI, DENEFF and NRP, three emerging approaches, from Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands, demonstrated the importance and potential of deep energy renovation of buildings and the role it can play in European economic recovery in the period ahead. The goal of the discussion was to better understand good practices at national level, helping to prepare the actions that can be gradually put in place once the lockdown measures are lifted, and that will ultimately feed into a responsive Renovation Wave initiative.
