On 3 November our EU Level Supporting Partner Climate Strategy & Partners held a webinar to launch its latest report on the EU Renovation Loan (ERL).
Combining existing financial elements and components into a new instrument designed to deliver finance at the scale of the EU Renovation Wave, the ERL has the potential to fill the private financing gap and reach over 50 million EU homeowners.
The report tackles three key elements:
- Identifying the right 50 million homeowners.
- Designing the EU Renovation Loan to fill the identified gap.
- Implementing the right enabling framework to ensure the ERL’s success.
